We at NorthHomeBedding will make every effort to ship you products within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will choose the quickest, most economical method of shipment unless you choose another option or contact us to do otherwise.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or Canada Post and delivery will be 5-15 days .We ship orders from our warehouse located in Richmond Hill,Ontario,Canada or in New York,USA

 

Shipping to Canada:

If your order subtotal exceeds $50 (before taxes), there is no charge for shipping.

Free shipping is not available for deliveries to the Yukon, Nunavut, or Northwest Territories.

If your purchase is over $50,there is no charge for shipping

All purchase will be no tax.

Free Shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

Modification/ Cancellation of Order:

Backorders:

We will notify you by email within 2 business days if we are temporarily out of stock and cannot supply you with your order. We will offer you the option to either keep your order on file until the item is available or to cancel it.

Return Policy

The return request must be submitted within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Returning product must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and no missing part.

Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility. Buyers have to pay return shipping costs for international orders.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the product returns to our warehouse,and pass the condition inspection.The Canada customer should return to our Canada warehouse.The USA customer should return to our USA warehouse.

 

Return Reasons:

For the following reasons, Return shipping cost and restocking fee won't apply,buyer receives full refund:

- If buyer receives a different product

- If buyer receives a damaged or faulty product

For the following reasons,Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility,No restocking fee.

- If buyer orders wrong size, color or product

- If buyer expects a different product, despites the product descriptions

- If buyer places an order accidently

- If buyer does not specify any reason for return
